Welcome to Zelvaku.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of digital products from Zelvaku Inc. ("Zelvaku", "we", "us"). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your province) to make purchases on Zelvaku.com. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement. Parents or guardians are responsible for purchases made by minors using their accounts.

2. Products and Digital Keys

All products sold on Zelvaku are digital activation keys for PC games and software. By completing a purchase, you understand and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a licence key that grants access to a third-party game or software
  • Zelvaku does not develop or own the games — we are an authorized reseller
  • Keys are for personal use only; commercial resale is strictly prohibited
  • Each key may only be activated once on the platform specified at purchase (e.g., Steam, Epic Games)
  • Region restrictions may apply to certain titles; it is your responsibility to verify compatibility

3. Pricing and Currency

All prices on Zelvaku.com are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay — there are no surprise fees or currency conversion charges for Canadian customers.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer. Payment is due at the time of purchase. All transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

5. Delivery

Digital keys are delivered instantly to the email address associated with your account within seconds of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your key within 15 minutes, you should:

  • Check your spam or junk email folder
  • Verify the email address in your account settings
  • Contact our support team at supp@zelvaku.com

6. Refund and Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital key products, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

  • Invalid or non-working key: Full refund or immediate key replacement, at your choice
  • Already-activated key: No refund will be issued if the key has been redeemed
  • Change of mind: Refunds are not available for digital products once delivered and not activated
  • Technical incompatibility: Refunds may be considered case-by-case if you cannot activate due to technical issues beyond your control

To request a refund, contact supp@zelvaku.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Zelvaku.com to:

  • Purchase keys for resale or commercial redistribution
  • Commit fraud, use stolen payment methods, or engage in chargebacks without cause
  • Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts not belonging to you
  • Violate any applicable Canadian federal or provincial laws

Violations may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Zelvaku.com — including logos, text, graphics, and website design — is the property of Zelvaku Inc. and is protected under Canadian copyright law. Game titles, logos, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Zelvaku's liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss of profits.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario. Before initiating legal action, you agree to first attempt resolution through our support team.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our site after updates constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
